Founder & Wildlife Guide

A naturalist guide for over 30 years, he has in-depth knowledge of the life, culture and history of South America. He is also the father of João and Aynore.


Noam Salstein
Wildlife Guide

Naturalist guide was born in Israel and grew up in Brazil. He is a polyglot, a scholar who knows much about wildlife and everything about birds.


João Quadros
Founder & Marketing Manager

Already Accompanied his father Hélio in several trips and learned to love the nature. He is an Advertising, Photographer and Management at BeSouth. You are always ready to help.


Aynore Soares
Wildlife Guide

Experienced adventure guide and wildlife photographer. Hélio's eldest son, speaks English, Spanish and German. He has a passion for horses and for the Pantanal nature.
